These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by LotAnalyst ("LotAnalyst", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LotAnalyst provides software tools for screening land parcels and producing buildability and diligence reports based on third-party data sources. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may evolve over time.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

LotAnalyst retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have purchased.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, subscription, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third-party sources will be complete or accurate. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LotAnalyst reports are informational and are not a substitute for professional surveys, legal advice, or engineering assessments. You must independently verify buildability, zoning, utilities, flood status, and access before acting on a report. See our Disclaimer for details.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify LotAnalyst against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of LotAnalyst's place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
